If there is a specific Milwaukee/Dewalt/Makita tool you are struggling to get in the UK, just let is know, We can quote you on a price to source and import including full 20% UK VAT in the price.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Retrofix Online provides a 1 year warranty on all tools. This is becuase, just like the Milwaukee tools on Amazon UK ours also come direct from the USA. Therefore we offer a direct warranty. Just let us know if there is an issue that comes under warranty - not accidental damage. If the item is accidentally damaged we can quote for a replacement still at a cheaper price than new.
BULK ORDERS:
If you would like to place a bulk order for your business please let us know. We can provide a better quote than most other retailers on larger orders. We can also set up a service agreement with your company. We offer free Next-Day returns labels and ship replacements Next-Day also. Heavily damaged tools will be quoted for a replacement but this will still beat the new price.
